Refund Policy

We take pride in all our products. If you are unhappy with your order, notify us of your concern within 24 hours of pickup. If your order hasn’t met our usual standards you can return your complete order to us for a full refund. No refunds are given on any orders unless the complete order is returned. 

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. Doo Doo’s reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% if insufficient time is given, as stated below, due to costs incurred in the purchase, preparation and prioritization of the order.

  • Regular pickup orders can be canceled with full refund up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • Custom orders or large event orders require cancellation 2 days before the scheduled pickup date
  • Regular pickup orders that are not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup day (without previous notification) will receive no replacement product and no refund will be given

Damaged Goods

Doo Doo’s is not responsible for orders once they leave our premises. Baked goods can be somewhat fragile and care should be taken to prevent cracks, smudges or smeared frosting during transport. Sharp drops, extreme temperatures and fast toddlers should be avoided.

Shipped Orders

Doo Doo’s ships on Tuesdays & Wednesdays to ensure your order arrives at its freshest. We check and pack your order securely for transport. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Order errors will be fully refunded with no return necessary
  • Some reasonable cosmetic product damage can be expected when shipping long distances – but broken, leaking and inedible products will be refunded with notice and a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. No return is necessary.
  • Non-delivery. Haven’t received your order? We’ll check with our delivery partner, Purolator, and make sure your product is on its way promptly or we’ll send a replacement.
