What is the shelf life on my butter tarts?

You can keep your tarts fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but they're best served at room temperature.

Can you freeze butter tarts?

Sure can! Butter tarts freeze well for up to 3 months, so don't hesitate to stock up for holidays or handy treats.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Our products can be made with gluten-free flour, but since we bake all products in the same kitchen with the same equipment we can't offer a certified gluten-free product. The minimum order for gluten-free flour substitution is six, so if this suits your needs just get in touch with your order request.

Do you have nut-free products?

Unfortunately no.  We don't put nuts in some of our products, but there are some that do contain nuts. We bake all products in the same kitchen with the same equipment and cannot guarantee that anything is nut-free or peanut-free.

Do you use shortening or lard in your pastry?

We use lard in our pastry, in our opinion it gives a better taste. Those with dietary needs/restrictions can custom order a shortening crust for their products.

Can you bake a custom product?

Time and ingredient permitting, yes we can! Some common custom products would be items with gluten-free flour or shortening substitutions, but let us know what you have in mind.
